The BVCA gives members influence – a voice in, and work toward, achieving common neighborhood goals. We help create a unified vision of who we are as a neighborhood. We help solve problems that exist or arise within the neighborhood. We encourage and facilitate the discussion of ideas that affect the neighborhood and promote cooperative action by holding informational forums on community issues.
