The BVCA held a general membership meeting tonight. We were in the auditorium of the Blossomwood Elementary School. Everyone liked the facilities.
Doors opened at 5:45 PM. The program (6:30 – 7:45 PM) included welcoming remarks, two presentation/Q&A sessions and election of the BVCA board of directors:

Neighborhood Traffic Issues with Q&A – Nicholas Nene, Deputy Director of Traffic Engineering, City of Huntsville, and a Professional Engineer. In particular, Nicholas discussed the California intersections at Fraser and McClung. There will be an upgrade to the signalling at Fraser/California to help minimize the T-Bone threat.
Rainwater Runoff/Flooding with Q&A – Clinton Kimbrell, Flooding and Erosion Control Lead, City of Huntsville, and a Civil Engineer.
