Spring BVCA Update
Spring is in the air! It’s the first Springtime since 2019 that we can look ahead with more certainty about directly engaging with our neighbors to make firm plans and to conduct our activities, especially in-person gatherings and outdoor events.
We’ve been operating at a reduced level of activity while the pandemic surged and swirled around us. Here is a summary of where we are as of today:
- We want to grow our membership in 2022. Past members are encouraged to renew your annual contributions by using the Join Us page.
- This is our new website. Please look around, kick the tires!
- Your 2021 Board of Directors has been meeting monthly via Zoom and currently nine Blossomwood neighbors are active in BVCA. It’s time for 2022 elections.
- We’re returning to our in-person quarterly Membership Meeting format, beginning April 12 at Blossomwood Elementary School Auditorium. Doors open 6 PM for sign-in and seating, Program at 6:30 PM.
- Traffic and Erosion Control will be key topics on 12 April, with each guest speaker taking questions after the presentation.
- June would be a great time for an outdoor family cookout at Hermitage Park. Check the Blog for more information in coming weeks.
Thanks for checking our website’s Blog for current information. We hope to see you in-person April 12.
